Please note you choose the room you would like to stay in, our rooms are all very different, they are not allocated on arrival. We only have one room with a bath (Room 4) all other rooms have a shower. All rooms have fans. Due to the quirkiness of this 18th century building, wonky floors and low door frames are in abundance and certainly add to the charm of the building.

Cancellation Conditions
If the booking is cancelled less than 5 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

The total price of the reservation may be charged any time after booking, or for non-refundable rates, payment will be taken at the time of booking. Bookings are not transferable or refundable after payment is taken.
All bookings that include Bank Holidays/£99 deal are non-refundable. Check in is from 2.30pm. Check out by 11am.

The New Inn operates a strict No Smoking Policy throughout all public areas along with all bedrooms. This policy enables us not only to meet legal requirements, but also to create a comfortable environment for all guests to enjoy. Should we believe that guests have been smoking in bedrooms or any other part of the building, a Smoking Fine of £250 will be charged for deep cleaning and they will also be asked to leave the premises.
